Over 50 injection moulding machines spanning 20 to 470 tonnes, complemented by in-house toolroom and climate controlled metrology lab to deliver quality consistency and achieve tolerances up to ±0.02mm.
From tooling design to completed product, it all happens under a single roof, complemented by our in-house toolroom, post-processing lines and dust and particle controlled assembly area.
These are just some of the materials we work with regularly. Specific material requirements are welcome, and if your part calls for a grade not listed here we will source it. We also support customer-supplied raw materials.
